Hot Cocoa Mix
Cheri Clotiaux Stringer (originally from a First United Methodist Church of Austin, Texas member)
3 cups confectioners sugar
3 cups nonfat dry milk crystals
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup nondairy creamer
1 cup cocoa
Mix all ingredients together and store in well-sealed container. To serve, place 1/4 cup mixture in a cup and add 6 ounces boiling water.
This mix sold like hotcakes at the First United Methodist Church of Austin’s annual Christmas bazaar each year. We put it in mason jars and wrapped the lids with festive ribbon. (Dec 1996)
