1 cup pineapple juice

Yield: 4 servings
This pretty white sangria is a great alternative to the traditional red sangria. Thinly sliced peaches and pears may substitute for the grapes and apples. (Dec 1999)
1/2 lb. seedless, green grapes, stemmed
1 – 2 Red Delicious apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 (750 ml.) bottle fruity white wine
1 cup passion fruit or mango nectar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 cups sparkling water
2 cups ice cubes
Combine the grapes, apples and wine in a pitcher and let sit, refrigerated, 1-2 hours.
Pour in the fruit juices and sparkling water. Serve over ice.
