Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing

I first concocted this dressing in 2009 and it was an immediate hit. Very light and summery. So simple, yet gets raves every time, especially from Alyson. (Nov 2010)

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients in a salad dressing bottle or a container you can shake.
