Pink Fluff

You can almost always find this in my great-grandmother’s refrigerator! It’s a simple, light dessert that is very easy to make! (Nov 2010)

1 (5.1oz) box of peach gelatin

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 (12oz) carton of cottage cheese

1 (8oz) can of crushed pineapple, drained

12 oz carton Cool Whip 

Mix the gelatin and sour cream together. Then add the remainder of the ingredients. 

Refrigerate overnight.
