This is another one from my grandmother Betty Jones Smith. And yet another summer time favorite with the Smith clan. I’m pretty sure there are days where my dad puts this on everything he eats — it’s great on anything. Great as a snack on crackers or chips. It’s also a favorite to put it on eggs for breakfast. 4-5 tomatoes, deseeded, diced

1 bell pepper, deseeded, chopped

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 Tbsp vinegar

1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1-2 jalapeños, deseeded, finely chopped

1/4 cup Trappey’s Red Devil Cayenne Pepper Sauce®

A little garlic 

Combine tomatoes, bell pepper and onion. Mix in remaining ingredients and enjoy! Refrigerate.
